mySMARTLife holds its 9th periodic meeting

On March 24th and 25th, we met online for the 9th periodic meeting of mySMARTLife.

And it is welcome to the 9th periodic meeting of mySMARTLife… online again (24th – 25th of March 2021)! Over two days we presented the continuous progression of the mySMARTLife project, focusing on the work in our Lighthouse Cities Nantes, Hamburg, and Helsinki in facilitating the transition of EU cities towards a new concept of Smart Life and Economy.

“In our 9th periodic meeting we demonstrated that even in challenging times, the smart city concept developed as part of mySMARTLife bears fruit and that we successfully balanced between the stability of the project and the current COVID pandemic which impacts on some of our actions”, states Rubén García-Pajares, Project Coordinator, CARTIF Technology Centre.

The mySMARTLife project aims to make the three Lighthouse Cities more environmentally friendly by reducing the CO2 emissions of the cities and increasing the use of renewable energy sources. The interventions planned and carried out in the three Lighthouse Cities include innovative technological solutions in connection with refurbishments of buildings, usage of renewable energies, clean transport and supporting ICT solutions.
