A high-energy day proving that there is neither a lack of Smart City ideas nor one of available funds for investment! That was the experience of the first EIP-SCC Matchmaking event of 2020 at which investors, cities, project makers and solution providers met to bridge the gap between great ideas and the financing needed to make them realities.
mySMARTLife joined other SCC1 projects at this EIP-SCC event in Brussels which brought together city/regional representatives, businesses, and investors. It focused on exploring and shaping opportunities for all involved in Smart City projects and included more than 70 meetings between investors, cities and solution providers.
The next matchmaking for cities with Smart City ambitions will take place in Brno (Czechia) during the Urbis Smart City Fair. An invitation to join the event will be shared via the EIP-SCC website.
